RESIDENTIAL ZONE SYSTEM

You don't need a new furnace or air to be comfortable in every room!! We use your present furnace and air conditioner.

• Hot air rises and cold air falls. Because there's only one thermostat for the whole house, typical systems simply can't maintain consistent floor-to-floor temperatures in a multi-story home.
  
• High ceilings or large, two-story entrances can also impact the way your system delivers comfort to your home
  

• One solution is to separate the upper floor from the lower floor. In addition, the upper floor may be split according to use. Children's bedrooms may be separated from the master bedroom. Or, an unoccupied spare bedroom could also be made into a zone.
• On the main floor, the kitchen and dining areas can be separated from the living room or family room. A study or home office could be a zone, or you might need to separately control a larger room with a high ceiling.
